The Skilly Career Academy is continuously evolving. We believe that creating real opportunities requires not only high-quality programs, but also a committed, professionally prepared, and people-centered team. To support this vision, we have created two new positions – get to know our new colleagues!

In 2026, the Career Academy team expanded with two new members. With their arrival, the supportive framework that guides Skilly participants throughout their learning journey, career planning, and path toward employment has become even stronger.

Inclusion Career Coordinator: Personal Support at Every Stage of the Career Path

The Inclusion Career Coordinator plays a key role in the operation of the Skilly Career Academy, building connections between registered Skilly participants and corporate partners. The role ensures that participants receive a personal, supportive, and professional experience throughout the entire process. The coordinator actively supports individual career paths while collaborating with corporate partners to create inclusive and sustainable long-term employment opportunities.

Kovács Michaela has joined us in this role.

“My journey to Skilly marks the culmination of a longer process. I firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to find work where they can showcase their strengths, regardless of the challenges they face. The cause represented by Skilly immediately resonated with me: respect, dignity, equal opportunities, and genuine presence in supporting individual paths.

I come from a helping profession background with experience in HR and supervision. Previously, I encountered people’s dilemmas, uncertainties, and professional pathfinding challenges on a daily basis. It became increasingly clear to me that the difficulties faced by people with reduced work capacity are not due to weakness, but because society and organizations often lack the knowledge, sensitivity, and tools needed to operate inclusively.

Kovács Michaela

For me, Skilly is a place where professionalism and human dignity go hand in hand, and where I can engage in value-creating work. I see my role as helping candidates recognize their own strengths and abilities, and ensuring these strengths connect with real job opportunities. I also consider working with partners and shaping perspectives to be essential. My goal is to raise awareness within the profession and society that diversity is not a compromise, but added value for organizations.

I look forward to meeting candidates, listening to their stories, and working together to achieve their goals. I am equally eager to collaborate with partners and support them in becoming more inclusive toward people with reduced work capacity.”

Training Coordinator: The Solid Foundation of the Learning Experience

The Skilly Career Academy supports participants’ professional development through high-quality training programs. The Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that the learning process runs smoothly from an organizational and operational perspective. Responsibilities include preparing, delivering, and following up on trainings and events, as well as ensuring that participants experience an inspiring, safe, and accessible learning environment. Though often invisible, these background processes fundamentally contribute to the success of the Career Academy’s programs.

In this role, Magyar Emese has joined the team.

“It is important to me that my work connects to initiatives that create value on a societal level. I am still at the beginning of my career; I studied sociology at university, where it became clear that I wanted to find my place in the civil sector. Before joining Skilly, I participated in both national and international projects where inclusion and solidarity were also central values. In addition, striving for environmental sustainability, civic engagement, volunteering, and strengthening communities are important parts of my life.

At Skilly, in relation to organizing Career Academy trainings, I believe that well-functioning background processes may not be visible, yet they fundamentally determine the success of each event. I also consider it important to create a friendly, safe, and supportive atmosphere at events.

Magyar Emese

I find the vision that the Skilly team works toward every day highly motivating, which is why it is a great joy for me to become part of the team.

The Career Academy carries out a much-needed activity that can give tremendous momentum to participants. Entering the labor market comes with many challenges, so it is essential that the Career Academy supports this process within a safe and encouraging environment.

I very much look forward to personally getting to know the Skilly community at trainings and community events.”
