What do we do?
We offer training, career development opportunities, and a community for people with disabilities and people with a disability who are motivated to grow. We increase their competitiveness so that they can assert themselves in the labor market in an assertive and responsive way.
We provide our corporate partners with prepared candidates with disabilities and inclusive support services. We break down physical and mental barriers at work.
Through our activities, we will give new meaning to the image of people with disabilities in our society and reduce the discrimination that people with disabilities face, both individually and systemically.
How do we do it?
We take a human rights approach, working in a participatory way. This means that we believe that people with disabilities know best what they need, so we work together at all levels, from strategy development to the delivery of our programs.
A key feature of our approach is that we communicate with people with disabilities as equal partners and place a strong emphasis on supporting the careers of women with disabilities.
We practice what we stand for: we are a workplace that is inclusive, non-discriminatory, and non-violent.
