How does opportunity turn into knowledge, and knowledge into professional achievement at Skilly?
Viktor registered with Skilly in 2022. At the time, we could not yet know that this marked the beginning of a conscious and persistent professional journey. His precision, curiosity, and desire to learn quickly became evident. Since then, he has participated in almost every available Career Academy training, continuously developing himself and building his IT career step by step.
Viktor has always been strongly drawn to the world of information technology. He completed the Career Academy’s software testing training and has applied his knowledge in practice: since March 2023, he has supported the operation of a socially important digital service as a volunteer tester for the Járókelő Association.
From August 2025, as an ambassador of the Skilly Career Academy, he not only continued learning but also set an example. He represented the belief that nothing is impossible for people with disabilities when they receive the right support and opportunities. As of December 1, he has joined the Skilly team as a permanent staff member, strengthening the organization in the field of IT support.
