Skilly is entering an exciting new phase of growth. We are delighted to introduce our new Head of Resource Development, who will play a key role in Skilly’s expansion with her business and social-sector experience and strong commitment. Below, Weinberger Eszter shares why Skilly’s mission matters to her, where she joined us from, and what goals she has set in her new role.

Why is the cause represented by Skilly important to you?

A society can function in a healthy way if we provide everyone with the opportunity to contribute to economic growth through their own self-fulfillment. For some groups, this path is more accessible, while others can only move forward with significantly greater effort — including people with disabilities and employees with reduced work capacity. It is our duty to create conditions where this does not pose a barrier for as many people as possible.

Where did you join Skilly from?

On the one hand, I come from the business sector, where I gained experience in business development, fundraising, and finance at Ernst & Young and later at various startups. On the other hand, I have worked with organizations promoting social progress, supporting inclusion, disadvantaged groups, environmental awareness, and youth sports development.

What are your goals in your new position?

Weinberger Eszter

An intensive year lies ahead for Skilly, with growth set as a key objective — enabling as many Skilly participants as possible to find inclusive workplaces where they can achieve their personal goals and contribute to company success. My goal is to ensure that this growth is achieved sustainably and in line with the organization’s core principles.

What do you find most motivating about Skilly?

Skilly’s innovative structure simultaneously supports job-seeking Skilly participants and assists the business sector with questions related to employing people with reduced work capacity. This combination is truly exciting and holds tremendous potential — creating value for everyone involved.

Is there something interesting about you or a hobby you would like to share?

I am very passionate about sustainability and giving new life to used items that others no longer need.
