The Skilly core team

Sára is the founder and CEO of Skilly. Special needs teacher, cognitive neuroscience researcher, and human rights activist with over 15 years of international professional experience working with people with disabilities. In 2022, Sára was among the international Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise Award.

Kata is a community organizer and trainer. She has been working with people with disabilities and other disadvantaged groups for over 10 years. She joined the Skilly team in 2023 as an education coordinator, later becoming an Inclusion Program Manager.
From 2026, she took over the leadership of the Career Academy and is now responsible for the implementation of Skilly’s entire education program.

Eszter is supporting the organization’s growth and social impact through partnership building, fundraising, and the development of strategic collaborations.
She built her business career in strategic and operational roles: first as a strategy consultant at EY, and later by leading growth initiatives across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, gaining international experience.

She believes that performance and equity can be strengthened at the same time. She is the author of “Hire and Higher: A Toolkit to Advance Inclusive Hiring” (2024), a publication supporting inclusive recruitment.

Enikő has been working in the financial field for 6 years, gaining her experience so far in the business sector. She had long dreamed of working for a non-profit organisation. Through her work at Skilly, she actively contributes to a cause that is important for society as well. Her goal is to ensure the operational background the team needs to achieve this.

Janina joined the Skilly team in 2024 as a business developer. For the 12 years prior to that, she worked as a social worker in the civil and public sectors as well as gained experience in the business sector through open labor market employment of people with disabilities.

Sári is an improvisation and communication trainer and the soul of community programs, she also works on Skilly's business relations to enable more Skilly members to work as part of a great team.

Orsolya is a communications professional specializing in PR and press communications. She has a track record of success in designing and implementing press communication campaigns and building valuable partnerships. She uses her experience to support social and cultural causes.

Michaela joined the Skilly team in 2026. In the preceding 20 years, she worked as an HR professional in the for-profit sector and also volunteered as a mentor to support people with disabilities in accessing employment in the open labor market.
With 20 years of HR experience, Michaela aims to support people with disabilities in finding the workplace that best suits them.

Viktor registered with Skilly in 2022. Since August 2025, he has been supporting the team as a Career Academy Ambassador, and since December 1 he has been a permanent team member in IT support. He is very interested in the world of IT. He studied software development and testing, and has been a volunteer tester for Járókelő since March 2023.
He is a cheerful, sociable person who leads an active life despite his mobility impairment.

Emese completed her university studies in sociology. After that, she worked in the non-profit sector, where she participated in both national and international projects.
At Skilly, she has been supporting the smooth delivery of the Career Academy trainings since 2026.
