The Skilly core team
Sára is the founder and CEO of Skilly. Special needs teacher, cognitive neuroscience researcher, and human rights activist with over 15 years of international professional experience working with people with disabilities. In 2022, Sára was among the international Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise Award.
Zóra is a social psychologist and public policy expert. She joined Skilly in 2021 and is responsible for the management and content development of the Career Academy. In 2022, she participated in the Obama Foundation Leaders Europe program.
Robi went from being a volunteer supporting our communication and thinking through our organisational strategy to our operational manager in 2024.

Orsolya is a communications professional specializing in PR and press communications. She has a track record of success in designing and implementing press communication campaigns and building valuable partnerships. She uses her experience to support social and cultural causes.
Janina joined the Skilly team in 2024 as a business developer. For the 12 years prior to that, she worked as a social worker in the civil and public sectors as well as gained experience in the business sector through open labor market employment of people with disabilities.
Sári is an improvisation and communication trainer and the soul of community programs, she also works on Skilly's business relations to enable more Skilly members to work as part of a great team.
Kata is a community organizer and trainer. Since 2023, she has been a member of Skilly's training team, responsible for the organization and delivery of training. Kata is also in contact with the Skilly members and is happy to receive your enquiries.
Lizanka is a computer scientist, a special education teacher with a degree in autism, an autism and ADHD mentor, and an advocacy activist since 2015. She joined Skilly in 2024, primarily to support the team with her IT expertise. Morevoer, she supports the functioning of programs, training, and groups related to autism and ADHD in line with the neurodiversity approach.
Andrea has been working for foundations since 2013 and joined Skilly in 2022. She helps keep the financial and administrative background safe and up-to-date and produces tender accounts and super spreadsheets.
