1. CV development training
What makes a CV convincing? How can we make this most important document for jobseekers and career changers more meaningful and attractive? In our free and accessible training, you will not only learn more about the features of a powerful CV, but also the basics of using a free application, Figma.
This training is for you if you:
- use Microsoft Office applications regularly and confidently
- you like to learn new programs, you can easily adapt to an online interface
- you are interested in the basics of graphic design
With the help of experienced trainers, you can share your experience of CV writing and ask questions in an interactive and safe environment.
Trainers:
- Natália Balogh: She has been working in the field of human resources management for more than 12 years. During this time, he has gained experience in recruitment and selection, HR strategy, organisational and talent development in a number of senior and specialist roles in international corporations across a range of industries. Skilly has been involved in the career development of people with disabilities since 2022, thanks to its “Career for all” training.
- Anna Lábszki: He joins the SignCoders team as a graphic designer. All staff are deaf or hard of hearing to some degree, so sign language is the everyday language of the team. As a deaf person, you are well aware of the difficulties, obstacles and failures of finding a job. He is passionate about helping as many people as possible find a decent job through an outstanding CV.

2. Workshop on communicating specific needs and personal strengths
Do I have to report my disability if it is not visible? Is it worth talking about it if there are visible signs? How should I put it if I would like to do it?
How do we speak confidently about our personal strengths or individual needs?
In our free, barrier-free workshop, you will learn and try out easy-to-use communication techniques that will help you find the best phrases to use when talking to someone about your specific needs, and to feel confident in expressing what you are really good at.
With the help of experienced trainers, you can share your experiences and ask questions in a safe and interactive environment.
Trainers:
- Sára Boncsér: a communication trainer and improvisational actor, focuses on public speaking anxiety relief, partnership and coping with unfamiliar situations. He also works on building business relationships in Skilly.
- Zsófia Metykó: Autism, ADHD experience expert. He received his diagnoses as an adult, and since then they have been an important part of his identity, and he likes to talk about them. It considers it important to disseminate information and advocacy on diversity and inclusion. She also works as a volunteer mentor at Skilly.
