Job preparation, communication and self-awareness development opportunities every month!
We find that jobseekers can benefit from practical advice when starting a career, or when making a career change. That’s why we have put together a knowledge base that we hope will answer these challenges.
Coca-Cola’s #YourFuture programme will start working with JAMA in 2021. We run small-group, online workshops that have helped over 120 young people with disabilities and those who want to develop their skills in the labour market.
What can you expect and why is it good for you?
- You can define what your strengths are that you can build on in your job search and career
- Learn how to communicate effectively online and offline
- Learn to give and receive feedback consciously
- We share lots of knowledge on how to write a strong CV and cover letter, and what to look out for during a job interview
Who is holding it?
The workshops are held by Jamba staff and trainers Sára Boncsér, Éva Jásper, Zóra Molnár and Sára Pásztor.

Feedback from previous participants:
“Finally, someone who doesn’t know you, but they don’t just see my obstacles and problems the first time! And they even know, what they are talking about! I heartily recommend Jamba’s career development training. This team really knows how to help you discover what you are good at. At first I was sceptical, because nowadays, something that is free, takes a few hours, offers a quick tutorial and even promises progress, seems strange at first glance! But if it helps you achieve your goals even a little, it’s worth it. That’s why I started. Because I knew I had nothing to lose. I was right! Because I already know where I’m going!” Tekla
“It was hopeful!” Gergő
“Lately, I’ve felt like the ground has been pulled out from under me, and that’s why my confidence is lower. Today I come away feeling stronger!” Gergely
“I don’t usually believe it when I read that a training is confidential, but at this workshop I really believed that there were no wrong questions!” Enikő
“I knew the training was for people with disabilities, but I was curious to see what the trainers would be like. They were very nice and I had a great time.” Enikő
“Before the training I was afraid of what it would be like, and now I feel that despite all my lameness, there are positive things to appreciate! I was impressed by the end.” Annamari
“It was very positive, I liked it very much, it was good to be with people, with you who gave the training, and it was also very good to be with my fellow participants. I learnt a lot, I struggled a bit at the beginning to speak, but then it was easier.” Katalin
“It was very positive, at first I didn’t want to take part in the training, I applied for another programme, but they called me and I came anyway, I don’t regret it, it was very useful, especially the part about feedback, that I don’t always have to take everything in, I really need to learn this, and here I got confirmation that it’s true: I really liked it!” Vera
