Candidates must have a minimum of B1 active English language skills and a school-leaving certificate.

The selection process
From the applicants, 10-12 people will be selected and invited for an individual interview.
We talk to each prospective participant online about individual motivations, needs and to get to know each other a little better.
Here we will make sure that you would really benefit from mentoring and that you are motivated to participate.
The mentoring process
We will introduce you to your mentor and together we will discuss individual goals and mentoring opportunities.
If you mutually decide that you would like to work together, you can start working together!
You can meet your mentor weekly or fortnightly, in person or online.
During these sessions, you can work together to achieve your goals with your focus on you.
You can also consult the Skilly team as needed throughout the programme.
