In the 2024/25 academic year, Skilly Career Academy will offer even more personalized learning opportunities and diversified learning pathways for people with disabilities.
The curriculum will be expanded: soft skill training will be available at three different levels. The entry, standard, and advanced level courses respond more specifically to the individual needs of Skilly members in areas such as conflict management and communication.
Expanding and training an inclusive team of trainers remains a top priority. With a focus on the long-term sustainability of the project and the organization, we will start to engage new strategic partners committed to the inclusion of MMK people.
